A banana peel is more slippery when in ice

I am concerned about global warming, habitat lost, and human extinction.  I froze a banana peel in a block of ice.  When the ice is completely melted, the polar bears will have to watchout!  The signs are silk screened using Nazdar poly all series ink on blank polypropylene floor sign of an edition of 13.

Square Basketball Challenge

A year ago, I made a drawing of LeBron James encountering difficulties on scoring a square basketball and hoop.  This year, I attempted to make the painting into reality.

I made a square basketball out of a 12″ inflatable dice purchased off, and stitched faux leather together for upholstering.  After the prototype, I made couple variations of the square basketball.

I have also created a square basketball hoop along with a circular backboard.  I imagine, all the geometric shapes should switch-a-roo.

As a part of the group show Sunburns and Sirens at Current Space, The Square Basketball challenge is an interactive sculpture, which I invite audience to freely shoot the square basketball towards the square hoop.  In the future I would save up money to make a full court game.

Remember Blingbling

This is a memorial photo of my beloved pet Blingbling.  It is a drawing on glass and exposed on photosensitive paper.
